Family Favorite Baked Beans

This recipe has been handed down for several generations and is a family favorite, as the name implies.


3 cans pork & beans (do not drain)

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon (or more if you love cinnamon)

4 strips lightly cooked & drained bacon


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.


Cut up bacon strips and divide in half. Mix together all ingredients, reserving half of the bacon.


Pour into prepared casserole dish and top with reserved bacon.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until bacon is crispy and casserole is bubbling.
